Flojos will gladly accept returns on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt, provided merchandise is in new condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Flojos Holiday Returns - All items purchased for the remainder of the year are eligible for refund/exchange until January 15th 2023

Sale priced products are not eligible for refund.

Regular priced merchandise will be refunded the full amount charged to original form of payment, less a restocking fee of $9.95.

Please contact service@flojos.ca with a description of products being returned in order to receive a Return Authorization number via email.

• Your order will ship within 3-4 business days and expected delivery dates are 5 to 7 days from date shipped.

• Yes, orders may be sent to P.O. boxes.

• For orders under $100 shipping is a flat rate of $12.95, any order over $100 shipping is FREE.

All information provided to Flojos is deemed strictly confidential.

Information will not be shared with third parties and your email address will not be sold.

• Flojos sandals/shoes come in FULL sizes only.
• For normal to wide feet—if you are a ½ size, order UP to the next WHOLE size.
• There is only ⅓” (.85cm) between full sizes.
